Returns

1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement product or a refund, depending on availability and your preference.
2. Incorrect Product: If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect product and provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.
3. Change of Mind: If you wish to return a non-defective product due to a change of mind, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact. A restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellations

1. Before Shipment: You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped. We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests made promptly after the order is placed. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the return process must be followed.
2. Digital Products: Orders for digital products, such as software licenses or digital downloads, cannot be canceled once the product has been delivered or accessed by the customer.

Refunds

Refunds for returned products will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may take 7 business days to process and appear in your account, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
